
Due to the COVID-19 situation and the subsequent restrictions of some countries, some schools are unable to hire teachers from overseas at this point. However, this is only a temporary measure and some schools are still planning ahead, so please get in touch with us if you have any concerns or questions, we’re happy to assist.

At this moment, it’s difficult to predict how long containment measures will be in place globally, or what further restrictions may be imposed, a number of governments have issued entry restrictions, visa suspensions and quarantine measures for travellers. Foreign nationals who have visited one or more of the following destinations in the past 14 days are not permitted to enter Japan:
*Subject to Hong Kong government’s prevailing restrictions for transiting through Hong Kong, foreign nationals may transit Hong Kong to Japan if they have not been to any of the above countries – and will be required to take a COVID-19 test and undergo 14 days of quarantine in a hotel. Quarantine requirements All passengers will be subject to 14 days of quarantine at a location designated by the quarantine station chief, and are not permitted to use public transportation. Additional entry requirements All passengers travelling from Hong Kong or Macao must travel with a functioning mobile phone and contactable phone number (hotel number not accepted).
